Milana

Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub (American actress actor, comedian, activist) is a comedian. She was born to Jewish parents from the Soviet Union and started her career as a child actor after she moved to the United States. In AT&T television commercials she played the role as Lily Adams (saleswoman) from 2013 through 2016 and until 2020. She was a regular host on the Yahoo! Screen science fiction show Other Space (2015). Additionally, she was an actor on the NBC drama This Is Us (2016–2017). Vayntrub has also been the voice for Squirrel girl in Marvel Rising since 2018, after she was cast in the unaired television pilot New Warriors. Vayntrub is a Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic (USSR) native, and also a Jew. Her parents, who were at the age of two, came to America as refugees from antisemitism. They moved to West Hollywood. At the age of five, she began appearing in Mattel Barbie commercials. This was partly due to the financial struggles in her family. Vayntrub went to Beverly Hills High School briefly, but she quit in her second year. She later obtained the GED and earned an Associate of Arts degree in Communication from the University of California, San Diego. She was a part of the Upright Citizens Brigade, and learned the art of improv comedy.
